With a background in construction & engineering insurance, Norman is a capable industry veteran in understanding risk for a range of disciplines. He is the responsible manager and key person for the AFSL.

Respected community leader, Chairwoman of a major charity. Has raised funds for Westmead Children hospital amongst a dozen other charities.
